I originally found Dr. Oliver when I was looking for someone to help me with ongoing foot issues. As a marching band director I had been referred to a podiatrist and told that I might be looking at surgery. I wasn’t convinced and wanted to try dealing with any underlying issues first so I went looking for a chiropractor who was also a physical therapist. I was convinced that spinal alignment was part of the issue and that the podiatrist would send me to PT first.

When I met with Dr. Oliver and he evaluated my issue he was very honest that he had not treated this particular issue before and that he was willing to work through a course of treatment to get my hip issues straightened out and work on my feet at the same time and see what we could do. That course of treatment was successful and I went on my merry way very happy to have avoided surgery.

Three years later I’m back and addressing a different set of issues that I have been ignoring for a long time. By the time I got to Dr. Oliver I was in so much pain that I was struggling to do my job. Dr. Oliver not only evaluated my structural condition but my overall nutrition and health. He laid out a plan for treatment that addressed not just the underlying structural issues but also helped me to identify the nutritional issues and other health issues that I need to be addressing. We’re well into my treatment plan and I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in years. My headaches and sinus issues are gone, and my sleep has greatly improved which has been key to improving my health all around and regulating my nervous system. As an added bonus, careful and skilled adjustments made to my spine and my hips have eliminated my wrist, elbow and hip pain completely as well! I am continuing to work to improve the curvature of neck so that these issues do not return, and to ensure that my brain can effectively communicate with all the different systems in my body. I have received chiropractic care in the past, but no one has been as effective and efficient as Dr. Oliver. I really appreciate the compassion he has shown me.
